We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

4 User Accounts

To access most features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.

5 Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Understand that subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to:

• Create derivative works based on the Service

8 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or £50 (GBP), whichever is lower.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9 Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where possible)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections concerning financial disclaimers, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notice to your registered email address.
